The restaurant staff was nice. I suppose that's something.
The noise was awful. It sounded like a rave happening next door all night, so sleep became a distant memory, and honestly, earplugs should be mandatory rather than optional.

Acceptable, but Shuttle Issues Exist
unreliable shuttletraffic noise
The airport shuttle was not reliable. I had to wait longer than expected, approximately 45 minutes (I was told it runs every 30 minutes). The new airport terminal adds to the travel time. Heavy traffic made the ride to the hotel longer, about 25 minutes. I could also hear a lot of noise from outside. The window insulation could be better.

i appreciated the prompt late-night check-in. the breakfast the next morning was excellent. checkout was also quick. i enjoyed the variety of healthy choices.
The rooms are not soundproofed. I could hear traffic. we were on the eighth floor, so i did not expect that.
